To begin, you must direct iWas to the latest backup files for your iOS device. These files have
long and complicated names and are stored in an obscure "library" on your computer. Here's how to find them:
MacOS: Click "Browse" and navigate to —
[User's home directory]/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Windows 7, 8 or 10: Click "Browse" and navigate to —
\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
These are your backup files. Open the folder you find there (or the newest folder if there are several).
To upload your "Contacts" (required):

Look for a subfolder whose name is "31"; in that subfolder you'll find a file with this
full name:

Click "Open" and then "Upload".
To include your phone calls:

Look for a subfolder whose name is "5a"; in that subfolder you'll find a file with this
full name:

Click "Open" and then "Upload".
To include your text messages (iMessage and SMS):

Look for a subfolder whose name is "3d"; in that subfolder you'll find a file with this
full name:

Click "Open" and then "Upload".
To include your WhatsApp texts:

Look for a subfolder whose name is "7c"; in that subfolder you'll find a file
with this full name:

Click "Open" and then "Upload".
To include Gmail, check the Gmail Messages box.
To ensure that calendar events are synchronized to your timezone,
select the correct Timezone from the menu.
When all configurations are complete, click "Continue".
